ListenIn is a blog I started many years ago to discuss and support those who are in the recovery process of any addiction. I used many substances, pills, heroin and alcohol since I was 12 years old and it took many years, and at 27 a shift took place and I begin to see my so called addiction differently. Simply because in my case addiction was not just with "self-medicating" I spilled out into many aspects of my life. Now I assist others with sometimes "tough" and painful self-realizations, as well as self-discovery methods and tools
