The date is Thursday, May 25, 2023, and I woke up this morning to the news that the queen of rock 'n roll, Tina Turner, has passed away. Her life was hard, but her music was phenomenal. This chatroom is for everyone to share their condolences for this amazing woman and her family. Our hearts are broken. One more music icon is gone, and we have lost many over the past four years: Charley Daniels, Joe Diffie, Kenny Rogers, Meat Loaf, Gordon Lightfoot, Tim Bachman, Otis Redding III, Bobby Caldwell, and David Crosby. Tina Turner is the latest to join the list of those who achieved great fame because of their incredible talent.
America will always remember Tina Turner. R.I.P. our queen of rock 'N roll, and know that you will always be remembered.
